Where in Lafayette can you get this blackberry wine? Gonna try this tonight

Found some at Albertsons.. Cooking it tonight, Will let yall know how it is!

The start

Note: Seasoning is actually needed.. Me and my dad cooked this tonight, and he ended up adding some sage, thyme, a bit more garlic, and red pepper flakes, which really woke it up, Then to knock it out the park................. Fresh cooked bacon peices. Ill add a finished picture after we put it over rice

Used the remaining duck tonight and made something even better.. this is by far the best thing Ive ever eat... Take all of the duck, and musrooms and everything else that was cooked with the ducks, and put it in a homemade tortilla with a little bit of ranch and a bit of brown suger mixed with a tiny bit of red pepper... Put it all in the tortilla and add lettuce.. Thank me later

we like to cook up some duck and its delicious. take some time but well worth it.
you need duck breast
cocktail onions
jalapeños
bacon
toothpicks
zesty Italian marinade

you get your duck breast and cut them in bite size pieces, then stab you tooth pick through the bite size duck pieces, cocktail onion and jalepeno. then wrap in a half piece of bacon and toothpick it, throw a bunch in a big bowl to marinade in, and if you marinade in a bag you need to cut the toothpick tips off. then grill them up and enjoy

We usually get the duck breast, put a jalepino under it and then wrap with bacon.. Put some tonys, red cayan, a bit of brown suger, and a few other spices all mixed up together and sprinkled on the bacon and duck before wrapping, put some sweet baby rayes over all, then put all in a a big peice of doubled up tin foil, so that it cooks in its own juices.. put on the pit, and enjoy the best duck you'll ever eat..

Yeah I think we actually used some of dat for this recipe. Turned out frkn awesome!
