That's the stuff Cutt Down uses, pretty tasty. He also uses a BBQ sauce that is good.

You are right about Cutt though. We were cooking in the blind last Jan and reaches in his coat and pulls out a little zip lock bag. Sure as chit, I thought the rollin papers were comin out next. But nope, he started sprinkling them cavanders all over everything. I never seen a guy hide a baggy of spice before!

So what about Ocra for gumbo ?

When I go visit my buddys in Oklahoma and Kansas - I never can find
any ocra anywhere.... They have me ship them a box of file' - ocra - and Tony's every few months....
