Peanuts taste fine. You don't have to over season them and cover up the taste like the rest of the shit yall eat down there. |

I've tried the cajun version a few times, prefer the way the entire rest of the south does it. They've either been insanely hot for no fuckin reason or just over seasoned with random seasoning that doesn't go together and taste like shit every time I've driven through there and picked some up. Salt and water makes em taste good and it's simple. Can't really screw it up. |

Oh and I boil em with the same recipe I do crawfish and crabs and skrimp Green peanuts will need to boil at least 1 hour, up to 4 hours. Dried raw peanuts must be cooked much longer time, up to 24 hours until they are soft and saturated with the seasoned water. |

I like Brads plan...diddlin!!!  I simply use plenty salt & add liquid crab boil. It gives plenty flavor to the water & is quick & easy. |
