What you'll need
5-8 Deer cube steaks (depending on size)
1 pack regular cut bacon
2 beers (your choice, I buy a 30 pack for good measure)
1 cup Dales
2 japalenos (can use onion or bell pepper if you dont like heat or for kids)
Skewers
Now you wanna take the pack of bacon and cut it in half, then cut the cube steak into equal widths of the bacon. Quarter you pepper (remove seeds or leave them in depending on what you like) now you need to lay the bacon down first then the strips of cube steak with pepper on top. Now roll them up and put them on the skewers.

Mix your beer and Dales in a caserole dish. Place your made up skewers in the marinade, then let them soak it up for 30 min or so.

Grill till the bacon just is done and the deer meat is med. rare. ENJOY!!

This was taught to me buy a cajun buddy and its my favorite way to eat deer meat.
