Well its been 1 week almost since I started my diet. I've been having headaches each day and I realized it was due to no caffeine intake. When I started I cut out all coffee and soft drinks. Also doing a Gluten Free diet trying to diagnose different foods that make me sick and almost double over in pain. Well I have not had a single issue since starting other than my headache from what I think is caffeine related. I went out last night and had a "cheat" meal... Chicken, Rice, Black Beans & a flour tortilla. I was sick as a dog! Anyone else have any issues with Gluten or Wheat allergies? |

I know people who do gluten free. But I'm sure you would have known a long time ago if you were allergic. I know foods that don't sit we'll with me but sometimes I just eat it. Running 20-30 miles a week right now so I have two cheat nights and some beers when I please |
