Steve, I would go large. I love my BGE but use it for a steak cooker, wood oven, BBQ'r way more than I do a smoker. The reason I say that is because the only reason I can see for the XL is for putting multiple Briskets and what not. |

best deal I've found so far for a large is $699 (without shelves or nest) and includes place setter....and includes assembly (whatever that entails) |

I think I paid $650 for mine, but don't remember exactly. I built a table for mine, but went back the nest with shelves because I didn't like the table. |

WOW !!!! 650 dollas fo a cooker !!! I gots a rich partner that lives over in the gated community that gots one of the eagg cooker .... he shore likes it ..... he gots a Porshe racin' car too. I went over to his crib one day .... he called the security man at the gate and gots me a pass to come visit ....... anyways ... he was sittin' in the back yard smokin' a cuban cigar drinkin' a highball cookin' on his eagg cooker tellin' me .... how good it is !!!! I'm still grillin' on mines carwash grate that mines cousin stole from the carwash back fo he gots arrested .....  Don't reckon I'll ever have no BGE .... but I gots friends who do !!!!!
