Didn't want to put the bugger on the Captain's Recipe thread .. but ..... I been eatin' so much GooseBird Sausage I'm startin' to "HONK" !!!!  GooseBird Sausage ... in the microwave Grey PouPon Mustard ... from the fridge Premion Saltines Crackers ... from the pantry Cold Beer ....... from the cooler (gots to be cooler beer with ice) Whew ~ makes you wonder why you don't shoot more of them thangs !!! Thanks Slew ...... BigCatDaddy been sharin' !!!!!!!

Jalapeno cheese or black pepper garlic? I ain't had any jalapeno cheese yet. Slice it up, grill it, finish it with mixed duck butter/honey sauce and slap it on a piece of bread! Good duckblind food! My goose hunts don't last long enough to cook breakfast!!!
