A hand full of us had a good time fishing last weekend.We caught and shoot 28 Reds 2 Trout 1 Flounder and 1 Gar fish.

Stopped at BestStop and loaded up on boudin...Peck told me to try the smoked boudin...That is some gooooood stuff.Very damn good.I bought 30lbs and i think i need more. :lol:

Good catch!! And as for avoiding the law in g.I. Its impossible.. Now if you want some good smoke boudin and cracklins there's a place in houma called frenchies that are unbeatable.

Have you tried the smoked?? I always buy the regular.It is almost worth driving 4 hours for more.

You know i have a fishing license for the year.......Maybe someone will invite me back. 8-)

The smoked is all I ever get.

Yeah, we need to make a trip or two between teal/dove/early geese and regular duck season.

We're looking to set something up in Lafitte.

I can probably get us a deal on lodging there -- as well as having dock space to tie up all the boats.

we just need to start getting a list of folks together and figure out a time
