 NEED SOME BIRD RECIPES!!! got a couple birds today and looking for some recipes to cook em down wit. i cant tell u what kinda bird it is but i can tell you its brown & white and got a curved beak on em  ... i heard dey pretty good in gumbos but looking for other ideas and is greatly appreciated
