 frog sauce picaunte
Cooked dat last night fa da first time and have to say WOW!!! Wasnt too sure of how it was gonna come out since i never did one wit frog meat but, i have to say it came out fantabulous.. Should have took some pics of it and def. Recommend it to anyone.

Its good in a courtbullion too
Ever boil is in a lil crab boil and debone it then use it in a stuffing --- good shit there too.
I have to say though my favorite way to cook frog is leave em whole and baste em with a little butter, garlic powder, tonys (or what ever you use) and keep on basting em till they are cooked on the pit.
