we eat dat 4 breakfast at mi sis' house in miss. but marinated in dales marinade for 3-4 minutes b4 fryin....good shit! |

I have eaten so much backstrap in my life that i don't care if i eat another piece in my life.My family in Mississippi was poor and we lived off deer meat for 2 freaking years.I have not even harvested one in the last 8 years.I don't really care to. Chicken fried is good.

You ever put yore BackStap steaks in ButterMilk 'fo you put the flour batter to 'em ?? ....... sho is good !!!! thats exactly how i batter em, sometimes do it twice |
