Post propane fish cookers
Whats your suggestion for a propane fish cooker? I have a friend that goes to La and picks up the Pitman fish fryers and highly suggest them. kinda high priced.... Here is what I'm doing. My old buddy Bill goes with me everyday running nets rain or shine. I have offered him money, the fish and half the pay for helping me. He will not take a cent. So we were at a fish market a couple weeks ago dropping off fish when the owner was frying fish in his office ;) . My buddy Bill made a big to do over the small propane fish cooker that I thought 'here would be something to buy him for helping me'
Bill has a shop that he hangs out in several hours a day and this would be something good and simple to get him. He lacks in the cooking department. So I am looking at a small propane type fryer. Any thoughts or suggestions?
As always thanks in advance.
Randy

older cast iron wash pot of the size you want is best then all you need is a burner and stand. cooks the best and keeps the oil hot esiaer.

Don't do the fish cookers

Propane burner with the biggest cast iron pots you can find.

You won't be sorry

X's 3 on the Cajun Fryer. If he isn't too good in the cooking department, it's kind of hard to get the grease too hot on the cajun fryer. It's pretty idiot proof for cooking and very easy to use and clean up. Love mine!

Blaze I seen a couple like that over in Illinois last week. We may make a smaller version of that for my backporch kitchen. Nice job there. Randy
