 Tooting my own horn.While digging in my attic today I found two old trophies I won in 2003 and 2004. Grand champions back to back at a jambalaya cookoff. Here is one article from 2003. I'll have to look for 2004 and some pictures.. Not a big event 2003 had 17 teams professional and non professional. 2004 had roughly 30 if I remember right. You should have seen the faces of the restraurant owners that got smokred by a couple of 22 yr old drunks. It was priceless. We drank the whole time and still won.
