Just kinda curious as to see what everyone's choice meat is.
You can't beat pork in my book especially a boston butt dats been cooked down in a gravy all day long.

gotta go with pork myself.....

beef - steaks, roasts, jerky, & burgers is about all u get
pork - roasts, cracklins, boudin, sausage, head cheese, chaudin, tasso.... and that's all I can think of at da moment. Da list goes on & on....

well da ribs & sweetbread are cancelled out.... cuz u got dat on pork too. I'll give you one for brisket.... but I ain't never even heard of all dat other shit u listed. lol To be fair... I forgot about tongue, 1 more for beef.
