Duck Breasts, best tasting duck from your area, Redheads and Teal around here. Seasoned with Chili Pepper, Cracked Chili Flakes, Paprika, and pepper. Cooked Medium Rare over charcoal. Setup- Small Shell Tortilla Cut breast into 1" wide strips, only takes 3 strips. Duck goes on first. slice an Avacado into 8-10 wedges, place 2 wedges beside duck breast, diced tomato, fresh Cilantro, Fresh Lime juice (to taste), Shredded Mexican Blend cheese and Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt(which ever you prefer. Enjoy!! |
