 Fried deer
My girlfriends dad gets every deer he kills cut up and tenderized. I think they call it a cuber. I fry it to where the batter doesn't turn brown and the meat is still pink. Best fried deer i ever had.

 Re: Fried deer
Cubed deer steak fried with biscuits and gravy. That's my perfect meal! Cube is the main reason I still shoot deer.

 Re: Fried deer
Actually this pack wasnt cubed but its close to it. I used one of the tenderizers that punch the holes in it then finished it off with a beer bottle. Comes out the same. If i didn't like rice and gravy so much, all of my deer meat would be cubed.

 Fried deer
It was a quart ziplock full of meat. I soaked the meat in 2 eggs and a little milk and heavy seasoned with tonies and garlic. And i heavily seasoned the all purpose flour with tonies, garlic, and a little balck pepper. Pat meat dry before adding milk and eggs.

 Re: Fried deer
100% the best way to do it. If my ole lady & youngins didn’t like deer steak so much I’d fry the whole deer that way.

 Re: Fried deer
Deer Fried in Coconut Oil. Ate with friends this weekend. The lady of the house fried deer meat in coconut oil and then steamed it with onions on top. To my surprise, it was really good. It's not how I'd fry it every time, but I definitely wouldn't mind changing it up here and there. Must say, I was pleasantly surprised. So try this. Regards, Jack from
