Re: any buy Wagyu beef ? I had it once at a jap steakhouse. It was delicious. Not sure it's worth the money, but it is mighty tasty. Don't even need a knife for it, like cuttin butter.

Re: any buy Wagyu beef ? about once a year I get a wagyu brisket. Very expensive but well worth the money. the marbling is awesome!

Re: anyone buy Wagyu beef ? there is a meat market in longview that I order it through. I call them when I want one and they order it and I have it the next day.
Just call around to your local meat markets and they should be able to hook you up. I know the guys at my meat market and trust them. Ive never liked the idea of just ordering one online. I keep thinking of some dipshit who makes 8 bucks an hour just grabbing a brisket, throwing it in a box and sending it out. I know the guys at my market will give me a quality brisket.
It runs me about 6 bucks a pound (thats with me also paying the shipping cost).
