What you need to try is some yellow fin tuna or some wahoo that was just caught, fillet on on the boat and get it with soy and wasabi 140 miles off shore. Now that is some good shit. |

FIrst time I had tuna was at Clementine's in New Iberia. Since then I've ordered it local at a little place in sulphur Springs that we go to. Lat time I had it ........ordered it raw, with soy and wasabi.MMMMMMMMMMMMMM |

Be careful ordering yellowtail if you aren't on the coast. Lots of restaurants have been passing off tilapia as yellowtail and making people sick. I love sashimi... if you're somewhere that has Hawaiian sea bass (escolar), give it a try. Delicious. |
