There's a big air show here in town this weekend featuring the Blue Angels. They are running practice flights all day. Almost wrecked 3 times at lunch watching them through the sunroof.

Here's a terrible picture of one crossing in front of me

It's the dot in the middle of the picture.

Just use your imagination.

Visualize it close up with the deafening roar of jet engines.

Isn't that awesome?

There were some closer encounters, but I couldn't get the phone up quick enough to get a picture. I'm going this weekend, so I should have some better pictures then.

I'm biased, but if you ever get a chance to see the F-22 at an airshow go check it out!

Air shows are awesome, I've been to a bunch. It's a nice renewal of where we stand in the world.

F-22 Raptor-(bad azz duckbird)
The F-22 is being developed to counter the increasing sophistication and threat of hostile ground forces (Broooks with his scattergun) and integrated ground defense systems (Gator Tail mudboats) in use around the world. This fighter (duckbird) will provide air dominance and a precision ground attack capability for U.S. forces for the next 40 years.

I thought this was about a jet.
This is what Brooks goes gunnin for during duck season.
I didn't know about this bird, they must be South Texas birds. :!:
