Wow, just watched the news and I see where our Department of Justice is looking into charging George Zimmerman with violating the Civil Rights of Trayvon Martin.


How in the world can anyone watch that trial, study the facts, the circumstances, and come away with the conclusion that Trayvon's Civil Rights were violated?


It would seem more realistic that the DOJ would possibly charge the Martin family for raising a racist kid that violated the civil rights of George Zimmerman.


During the trial, we found out that it was Martin that referred to Zimmerman as a "Creepy Ass Cracker". Correct me if I am wrong, but I do not think the name "cracker" is a term of endearment. It is a racist name, and should show motive for committing a racial hate crime. It was Martin that initiated an attack against an innocent man. Attacking people because they are looking at you, and you happen to not like their race would be the only Civil Rights violation in this case.


Martin's name on twitter was No_Limits-Nigga. That name is very telling. The fact that he defines himself with a term used for gangster blacks, and proceeds it with "no limits" is a window into his mind on how he viewed himself as a limitless racist black thug. If my name on this media site was No-Limits-WhiteBoy, what would it say about me and my motivations?


It amazes me at how many libs keep saying that Zimmerman "profiled" Trayvon. What is profiling? It is a God given ability to look at things in the past, apply them to the present, and can save your life. "Profiling" is not a crime.


So how accurate was Zimmerman's so called profiling? He told police that Trayvon looked stoned and up to no good. It just so happens that Trayvon had THC in his system, and had just recently gotten kicked out of school and was found with a pry bar, 13 pieces of jewelry that did not belong to him, and a bag of dope. Sounds like Zimmerman's ability to quickly look at a situation and make an accurate description is pretty much spot-on . It is not Zimmerman's fault that the thugs that were terrorizing his neighborhood were young black males who happen to look like Trayvon. If you do not want to get profiled as a thug, then do not dress like one, and do not smoke dope and hang out in the shadows back behinds folks houses.


If black men in America would become as worried about raising their own children, as they are of defending Trayvon, we would see real progress in the black communities.


I have a hard time taking these people serious in their defense of Trayvon, when 7 of 10 black men do not raise their own children, and blacks make up 12.5% of the population but do half of the nation's murders and 55% of the burglaries.


I also find it disturbing that folks like Trayvon get held up as some sort of hero. So what exactly does a young male have to accomplish to become the next Trayvon? He has to use and sell drugs, get tattoos, gold teeth, poses burglary tools, get kicked out of school three times, use racial epithets, and go to a strange neighborhood and attack an innocent but concerned citizen.

I think Zimmerman should sue the family of Martin for emotional distress and civil rights violations. And they are going to sue every media outlet that doctored tapes or photos.

The libs are still pounding away claiming that Zimmerman "stalked", Trayvon. They also fault Zimmerman because he "initiated" by getting out of his car, and had no right to disregard the police dispatcher.


My first four year degree is in criminology, and I still study crime across the US. I would be willing to bet $1,000 dollars of my own money that if you look at the last 100 "stalking" crimes in the US, that not one of them included the so called "stalker" being on the phone with police, giving an accurate description of the so called person being stalked, to include an accurate location of the event. It does not pass the common sense test to call this "stalking".

My other question to the libs, is why is Zimmerman not being charged with the crime of "exiting his vehicle"?

Could it be that there is no crime in getting out of your own vehicle in your own neighborhood?

Could it be that there is no legal statute that makes the words of a 911 dispatcher lawful or mandatory that they be followed?

When you start blaming Zimmerman for the crime, just because he had the audacity to investigate strange goings on in his neighborhood, you are walking on shaky ground. Can you blame the 14 year old girl in a mini skirt for the crime a 30 year old did when he raped her? You might argue that her choice of clothing, or where she walked was not in her own best interest, but if you blame her for the actions of the rapist, then you have a sick and warped mine. Blaming Zimmerman for the fact that Martin went out of his way to come back and attack him is equally sick.

I just watched race baiter Eric Holder speak on this issues, and see where he will pursue a selective investigation into the Zimmerman case. He spoke of "my people", in reference to Martin's family.

As the head of the DOG, "his people" should be Americans. It appears that he is not that open minded.


I notice that Holder did not speak about the 13 year old white baby that 17 year old Demarquis Elkins shot in the face in a robbery in Georgia a few months back

When Christopher Newsom and his girlfriend Channon Christian were kidnapped by five blacks, and they cut off Newsom's penis, raped him, shot him in the back and burned him. They then raped Channon for four days, poured bleach down her throat and cut her into pieces and stuffed he in bags. Holder and his crowd never spoke a word, and most Americans do not even know about the case.

12 year old Autumn Pasquale was beat to death for her bike parts by two black teens, and not a word from the race baiters.

On 4 July 72 blacks were shot and 12 were killed. They shot and killed each other, and not a peep from the libs.

These people are wicked, and are hypocrites.

Zimmerman was part of the neighborhood watch, he was doing what he was suppose to do. I believe the reason he followed Martin was due to the fact that on a separate occasion Zimmerman made a call to the police about suspicious activity involving 2 or more black individuals (breaking in to a house in his neighborhood). but by the time the police arrived the suspects were long gone. He wasn't going to let that happen again.
