You slap a woman on the butt and that's a sexual assault, but you do the same to a man and it means a job well done. So are we talking about actual attempted penetration without consent or something much more expansive like a straight soldier complaint that a gay soldier made a suggestive move? Or do you really even know? Show me the analysis. It must be public; the total numbers.

The assaults are on the rise and have been on a sharp incline over the past ten years.
