His mannerisms, the way he communicates, his intelligence can be assessed without knowing issues. If you are interested in electing the best candidate, most intelligent, someone who will do what he thinks is best for your country, then you needn't know all the issues only the core concepts of his party. Our representative democracy works this way.

I'm tired of the expectation that everyone has when something is said that it needs to automatically have disclaimer with it because someone may take it wrong because they can't read or listen to what is actually said. They're allowed to vote now. Nowhere does he say take away that right. They have the right. Making it mandatory would take away the right of someone to choose not to vote. Taking away personal freedom to force someone to vote when they aren't being forced to educate themselves about what a candidate stands for is an incomplete attempt to solve a problem that doesn't exist. It's like telling someone they have to order a meal without knowing if you even like the food, simply because you like the name of a restaurant or the way the food looks in a picture or on tv. Or in this case, being told you have to. I think beets look neat in pictures but they taste like ass. The difference is I only have to live with the beets for a day.
