Wow...........the govment allowed a deepwater well in the gulf.............bp...........didnt they pay 20 billion to bo when he asked for it? looks like shell and exxon and the other oil companies are gonna have to pay to play.

I hope they all start gettin permits for deep water drillin soon. The Govt. had no buissness stoppin them in the first place.

I agree....just think its funny that bp got the first lease.....we got one drilling again, how long before we get the others going. How many deep rigs are left in the gulf, I think we lost 2 to brazil and 2 to africa. Can't be too many rigs that can dig that deep.

isnt noble a subsidery of BP? I didnt know there were that many rigs that could go that deep. If there are we need to get them back to work, it would ease some of the burdan of the tax payers paying for unemployment and help to lower fuel costs.

BP is not a subsidery just a major stock holder.
