For 5k I would've gotten a gun for 50BMG and a few rounds. That will show them armor piercing.

It will be interesting to see what it will go for after they ban it. It is surely going to be banned. The thing that freaks me out is that after they do this will they figure out that most 5.56/223 is armour piercing and ban that. |

what can we do?? Sit on our congressman and senators about this and maybe it will help. But there would have to be a lawsuit of some sort. The best will be that someone had to fire their AR15 and did not stop someone that may have had body armor on. This would be a violation of rights, goes to the supreme court--if we still have enough people on the court to vote for this. Or maybe our next president is a republican and gets rid of the ban. it is not a law, just executive orders. They can be rescinded. |

Agree with voodoo. All we can do is hope. With the past couple proposed bans Hornady was sending out emails where they wrote a letter and you could.simply fill in your name and they would email the senators/reps on your behalf. I thought that was awesome because it took the time and effort out of it (which is usually the reason mostt people don't actually contact their elected officials) |

I can try to dig it up. Was for a couple previous attempts several months ago at least, they didnt send one out for this probably because executive orderes are different i dont know. Was just cool the way they did it, i imagine it was very effective |

Seems that they have already deleted the exemption for the 5.56 Green Tip in the new publication. The most disturbing part of this president's lawlessness is that he is wiping his feet on the Constitution and there is no politician that is willing to do anything. I have repeatedly called Sen.
