Is it not mind blowing that Obama has a law degree from Harvard, was the prior Harvard Law Review president, and he seems so ignorant concerning our Constitution? Obama just stated that it is insane to allow folks on the no-fly list to buy guns. Let me give Obama a little lesson. YOU CAN NOT DEPRIVE CITIZENS OF CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS WITH OUT GIVING THEM DUE PROCESS. The no-fly list is created by a non-elected body. People end up on the list, and do not even know they are on it. They end up on the list with out ever getting to defend themselves in court, never appearing before a judge. If Obama says people on the no fly list can be deprived of their 2nd Amendment right to own a gun, than are we to assume Obama can deprive these same people of other constitutional rights? With Obama logic, a person on the no fly list could lose their right of free speech, their right to worship as they please, their right to assemble, and Obama could declare what they even read or not read. With Obama logic, a person on the no-fly list could lose their right to a jury trial in a criminal or civil trial. With Obama logic, a person on the no-fly list could have thier property searched with no warrant. With Obama logic, a person could be forced in court to self incriminate. With Obama logic, citizens on the no-fly list could be given cruel and unusual punishment. When it comes down to brass tacks, what Obama really wants is your rifle, and he wants it any way he can get it. Remember, Obama was a community organizer in Chicago, and he has all the FBI crime stats at his command. He knows that rifles are used in less than 4% of all murders. He knows most murders are done with hand guns, and he knows that 50% of these murders are black on black. So why does he want your rifle so bad? Easy answer- he wants the rifle because it gives you the citizen stand off. If gives you the citizen the abiliyt to stop Obama from taking your Bible, your kids, and all of your money. |

Oh, I see, you would rather see one or two potential terrorist be able to get weapons freely than deny even a single person the opportunity to by an assault weapon. Can't have your cake..... |

If someone is a potential terrorist and there is information he/she is acting or colluding with the enemy. then arrest them charge and convict them with felony. They will not be aloud to possess a firearm just like many of the felons today abide by these orders and can't posses a firearm. Who makes the decision weather someone is on the no fly list. even Ted Kennedy was put on the no fly list should he be stripped of his rights because a secret government list says so. Should someone get put on a no fly list if they say something the government doesn't like how about not cooperating with the FBI and become an informant. Ranger is right you cannot strip someone constitutional rights without due process of the law. Some lawyer you are. How about this should the government just put every person that has ever traveled to a certain country in the middle east or north africa even if it was for humanitarian reasons red cross, doctors without borders ect. Should they be stripped of their rights to protect themselves. Who decides the list, If a government official is going through a nasty divorce can he/she get their spouse on the no fly list. Who has the final say weather someone is included on the list or not. |

There are enough weapons on the black market that they'll be able to get weapons regardless. They will make pipe bombs if they can't aquire guns. We know this by by what the two terrorist had at there house. |

The no-fly list drama is typical Hussein diversion of attention....watch the right hand because the left is doing something it doesn't want you to see. The two San Bernardino TERRORISTS were not on a no-fly list. From where did this debate initiate? Some topic Hussein started so he could defer attention away from the fact that "ISIS is contained?" Or divert attention from "The Homeland is safe?" As I recall reading, both of these TERRORISTS...ISIS supporters!!...flew into the US....one out and back. If they were on the no-fly list, how did this happen. If they were on the no-fly list, what was the time line of being put on the list vs when the "black guns" were purchased? But, as mentioned in another thread....how did the Paris TERRORISTS acquire a car load of Kalashnikov's?.....which were illegal to have in France. Duh! Which leads me to another Hussein statement...."mass murders unparalleled anywhere in the world." For a world leader that travels the globe, he sure is missing out on a lot of mass murders." Feds and Hussein should worry about enforcing the LAWS that are already in existence instead of trying to create new RULES to further restrict what law abiding citizens already do, legally! Just read where the line "guns used in this act were purchased legally." Don't go jumping to conclusions, just yet. It is worded to make you think that the laws need to be changed. It just so happens, the two long guns were indeed purchased legally by the neighbor of the two terrorists....3 years ago. So, if they were in the hands of the husband and wife terrorist team....how did they get there? My guess... ILLEGALLY!! Just saw on the news, CT governor signed an executive order to forbid gun sales to individuals on the no-fly list. Those that have purchased guns will have their guns "revoked." What a clueless, mis-informed individual. Most liberals seem to suffer from the same mental condition....it's called stupidity! |

The shits gonna hit the fan in this country sooner than later. Has anyone noticed how anti Christian our government Is also? Stripping schools, colleges public places of anything Christian reference meanwhile saying ur evil to say anything bad about Muslims.They use the police violence and black lives matter crap hoping it will cause civil unrest so they can seize ppls rights.
