In Biden's first legislative push he has not only broken a few laws - they don't matter - but
he will push the US Budget thru with NO REPUBLICAN support - blasting National Debt ceilings
up to and beyond 40 trillion dollars !

So forget Unity - Lord Biden has a mighty pen and intends to use it !

Democracy and Diplomacy are over - we now have a dictatorship run by the Democtaic Party !

One of Joe Biden’s first acts as President of the United States, the removal of National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) general counsel Peter Robb, was probably unconstitutional. It was certainly highly unethical. Biden fired Robb despite the NLRB being an independent federal agency. And Biden apparently did it because his union friends don’t like Robb.

Biden has plans to attack States with "Right to Work" laws - imposing Union Rules - this was simply
the first step in his attack on Texas and it's Right to Work laws....

Unity - what a joke - Dictatorship is what we have !

The July US Jobs report from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), showed
total nonfarm employment ROSE by 4.8 million in June !

The August US Jobs report from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), showed
total nonfarm employment ROSE by 1.8 million in July !

The September US Jobs report from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), showed
total nonfarm employment ROSE by 1.371 million in August !

The October US Jobs report from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), showed
total nonfarm employment ROSE by 661,000 in September !

The November US Jobs report from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), showed
total nonfarm employment ROSE by 638,000 in October !

The December US Jobs report from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), showed
that total nonfarm employment ROSE by 245,000 in November !

After a strong six month recovery - we now have a Biden administration and
in an early forewarning we saw the LOSS of 140,000 jobs in December !

Feb 8th - we will see the next report which I fear will show far more losses than we
have seen since the beginning of the pandemic.

Another sign of a total lack of any attempt at UNITY....

The US Senate early Friday morning passed a budget resolution that paves the way for Congress to approve President Joe Biden's $1.9 trillion stimulus bill.

The vote was split along party lines, with Vice President Kamala Harris casting the deciding vote for the resolution to be approved 51 votes to 50 at about 5:35 a.m.

It was Harris' first tiebreaking Senate vote as vice president, with the Senate evenly split between Democrats and Republicans.

The resolution allows Democrats to pass Biden's stimulus bill with no GOP support.

No unity because the Republicans don’t compromise at all. They will learn is short order.

12 States now have filed a Fereral Lawsuit against the Biden Administration - Executive Order 13990....

"If the Executive Order stands, it will inflict hundreds of billions or trillions of dollars of damage to the U.S. economy for decades to come," the suit reads. "It will destroy jobs, stifle energy production, strangle America’s energy independence, suppress agriculture, deter innovation, and impoverish working families. It undermines the sovereignty of the States and tears at the fabric of liberty."

The federal lawsuit, led by Republican Attorney General Eric Schmitt of Missouri, argues Biden violated the separation of powers clause in the Constitution because Congress, not the president, has the power to regulate.

Republican state attorneys general from Arkansas, Arizona, Indiana, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Utah joined the suit.

The White House and Department of Justice declined to comment on the suit.

The complaint asks the court to issue an order that prohibits federal agencies from using the “social cost” estimates and to declare they are “arbitrary, capricious, unreasonable, and contrary to law,” among other relief.

In a different issue multiple state sue the Biden Administration in Federal Court over Immigration

Arizona and Montana have filed to expand a lawsuit against the Biden administration — arguing some of President Biden’s immigration policies will bring devastating harm to border communities.

The initial lawsuit, filed in early February solely by Arizona, was focused on challenging Biden’s attempt to impose a 100-day moratorium on migrant deportations.

Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen joined the updated lawsuit after Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich reframed it around interim guidance issued by Immigration and Customs Enforcement last month.

That guidance allows ICE officers to focus on three categories for arrest and deportation: those who pose a threat to national security, those who have crossed the border since Nov. 1 and those who have committed “aggravated felonies.”

“Blindly releasing thousands of people, including convicted criminals and those that may be spreading COVID-19, is both unconscionable and a violation of federal law,” he continued. “This must be stopped now to avoid a dangerous humanitarian crisis.”

“DHS did not consult with states about the anticipated effects and costs of the new Moratorium, including the number of individuals with final removal orders who will be released from ICE custody and the detrimental impacts on public safety, health, state and local finances.”

Unity - from a President who in his 50th day finally addresses us and he starts
with insults to the 70 million who voted for his rival and ends with threats to
reinstate lockdowns if we don't get our vaccine shots - with the audacity to tell
us how we can gather for July 4th to celebrate our Indepencence ! ! !

Really ? ? ?

Is that unity ? ? ?

Still no attempt at UNITY !

Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) is still frustrated by how COVID-19 relief bill negotiations went down, The Wall Street Journal reports. Specifically, Collins is not pleased about what she considers a brusque dismissal when she and a group of other Republican senators sat down with President Biden in early February to try to reach a consensus on a package.

The senator, who has built a bipartisan reputation over the years, told the Journal that she's confused as to why the Biden administration, which ultimately saw its $1.9 trillion stimulus pass through Congress without Republican support in either chamber, "would want to alienate the Republican most likely to work with them to find common ground." It's "truly a mystery" to me, she said.

Still no attempt at Unity !

Today Mitch McConnell was asked if Biden had ever reached out to him ???

No was the answer - Biden has not ever talked to Republican Minority leader McConnell
since he became President...

But never fear - today Biden said -" VP Harris does not have to ask me - she speaks for me" ! ! !

Is it ever going to be clear to Democrats - they elected an "empty suit" to the White House ! ! !

empty suit

April 28th - Biden will address congress....

Guess what - he won't let but half of Congress attend ! ! !

How is that for Unity ???

McConnell has yet to be formally invited to the White House for a face-to-face sit-down, lunch or even a Diet Coke.

As the Biden presidency moves into its second quarter, the sparse communication between Biden and the Senate Republican Leader is casting doubts on a relationship that some presumed would be on better footing due to the longstanding fellowship between the pair.

Can you count the number if times in 4 years T-rump invited Pelosi to the White House? I’d bet you know exactly the number of times he insulted her though.

OWS = Operation Warp Speed

Despite the Biden administration’s comments suggesting we “had no plan,” we are flattered the Biden administration has actually embraced nearly 100 percent of the Trump administration’s plan. The only difference is FEMA-led mass-vaccination sites, which have administered less than 2 percent of our vaccines.

When the Biden administration asserts we had no plan to vaccinate Americans, it is insulting every career official in the CDC, every governor and mayor of the 64 public-health jurisdictions we devised, and every public-health official at the state, county, and city level in the U.S. In conjunction with these professionals, we developed a national operating plan and 64 micro-plans. Each was reviewed, evaluated, and scored.

Biden administration personnel have done an outstanding job of fulfilling the OWS mission. We “handed them the baton” and they ran with it. No one is more pleased about this success than President Trump and his OWS team. One has to ask, however, why the Biden folks and the media so vigorously and disingenuously disparage our achievements, while withholding credit to those few leaders who came together under President Trump’s leadership on behalf of the many. This behavior represents the worst of politics, a lack of executive presence, and most important, a missed opportunity to unify Americans. If we cannot celebrate this example of American exceptionalism as a united people, then what can possibly bring us together?
