Wait - after 10:00 PM a brand new version was released again over 2000 pages long Pelosi expects everyone to be ready to vote blindly at 8:00 AM on passage - apparently without revue or discussion of the contents - as no one will have had time to read it before she calls for a vote.... Why 8:00 AM --- because many House Democrats leave for Europe CODEL trips by noon which are tax funded vacations essentially.... |

Keep in mind that all three of these biggest "Social Assistance Programs" likely would NEVER END.... The "outrage" and calls of "racism" and "elite privilege" would lead to riots in the streets..... Maybe that is what they want in the "long game" of spending the country into endless debt ? ? ? |

Despite bipatisan approval of Covid spending...... Biden continues to lie or be uninformed.... Tuesday Biden said "This continues to be a pandemic of the unvaccinated" which is flat out not true - so he is a liar or is ignorant - pick one ! Nationwide over 30% of the positive cases now being reported are already vaccinated and of those the vast majority need no medical assistance which shows the vaccine is effective against death and major illness.... But that is not what he said - when trying to explain why from Jan to Sept 2021 the administration basically shutdown orders for covid tests which resulted in worker layoffs and factory closures... But yesterday a month after he publicly announced the need for more tests he placed orders that - at best - will take 90 days to fulfill ! And also yesterday he ordered 20 million doses of medications - which will also take 90 days to fulfull.... Great he ordered a 20 day supply - that takes 90 days to get here to save lives ! What an inept leader ! ! ! PS - he just figured out that the national cost of hamburger was over $5.00 a pound this week too ! ! ! |

First - Arizona Sen. Kyrsten Sinema, a fellow Democrat, announced that although she supports the voting rights bill, she's not willing to do what it would take to make it happen. The filibuster. I'm talking about killing the filibuster. This came only two days after the president made such an impassioned speech in support of knocking off the filibuster that Republicans essentially called it offensive. Second - one Democratic senator said Biden, who pledged a year ago to unite Americans, went too far in the speech. Third - President Joe barely had time to shake off Sinema's body slam Thursday afternoon when the U.S. Supreme Court knocked him down again. The court ruled that the Biden administration doesn't have the authority to force employers to require that workers either have to be vaccinated or undergo regular testing for COVID. The employer mandate was a key part of Biden's attempt to get control of a pandemic that has proven to be uncontrollable. ----- Is anyone keeping count of how many of Biden's Presidential Orders have been ruled - UNCONSTITUTIONAL ??? Not only is President Biden on track to seize and use more administrative power than any president since FDR, but he seems just as serious about ignoring and bypassing the legislature. A president’s first 100 days normally see him with a groundswell of support that he can use to push important legislation in Congress. But not Biden. Biden has signed only 11 bills into law during his first 100 days. By comparison, Donald Trump signed 28 by this point in his presidency. We still have the power of the Supreme Court to act as a check on the executive branch, right? … Right?! You … might want to sit down. In addition to snubbing the Legislative Branch, President Biden fired a warning shot across the bow of the Judicial Branch with his order on April 9 establishing the Presidential Commission on the Supreme Court of the United States. The purpose of the commission is obvious to those with eyes to see: to provide political cover for plans to engage in FDR-style court-packing, or else to hold the threat of such a move over the head of the Court like an Administrative Sword of Damocles. |
