BSA Pinewood Derby
Well my 8yr old son and myself finished up his pinewood derby car this afternoon. Got the race tomorrow evening. I hoping his design choice does well but if not his color choice is very cool and I'm still extremely proud of him.

Re: BSA Pinewood Derby
Alright just got home from the derby. His car was extremely fast, he smoked the cars in his den to take den champ, then moved onto pack championship. There were lots of great cars and them boys worked hard on the cars. His car ended up taking 5th overall out of 45 cars. I am very proud of him and his work efforts. The race that gave him 5th and his den champ trophy.

Re: BSA Pinewood Derby
A little bit of graphite on the axles and use mercury to weight it --- drill a hole in the back and put the mercury in --- all the weight will be in the front and as it levels out so will the mecury and give it a little push
