Some aZZ hole stole about 5 grand worth of snap-on hand tools out of the back of my truck at the Berwick Boat launch. I was told by the St. Mary S.O that the coastgard has a tower there on the point that covers the entire area of the parking lot but I haven't got a call from them yet. If anyone has any info email me at billiot_b@yahoo.com.

Its sad that an individual has to resort to stealing other peoples things to make it through life. Hell do like we did right, GET A FREAKIN JOB BUM!

The coast guard tower only covers the intercoastal and atchafalaya river. I sold that project.
Though, about 5 years ago I sold a camera system to the city of Berwick. It was installed at the landing. ( down river road )
it may have been more than 5 years ago. Turtles Corner was still in business

Let me know what you find out. If they did without the system, I may need to sell another

Call Charlie Boy Solar. Anything like that he buys, he gets all the sellers info. If you get in touch now, you won't have to show any proof.

Good Luck

For a couple years running now at all boat launches I don't leave anything in my truck of value.

It sounds crazy, but I also leave it unlocked. They will bust a window to see what you have inside. I takes some nerve to leave it unlocked and know somebody might be in your truck, but I know nothing is there to be stolen.

Sorry for your loss with the tools. It burns me to know we take care of our stuff and pay good money for it.......only to have it stolen.

Hate to hear that. Its one of the biggest problems across the nation. Vehicle burglaries are happening everywhere. Never leave anything in a vehicle you can't live without. I see folks at the launch that leave chit just laying in the back of trucks al the time. And those fancy tool boxes just slow them down a little but do nothing to stop a determined chitbird from stealing your stuff.

can someone call charlie for me and tell him all of the tools have Brandon Billiot engraved on them I'm stuck in saudi arabia with no phones. the tool boxes had a brand new 3/8 torque wrench 3/8 snap on impact and enough sockets and wrenches to overhaul an EMD.
