yessir i was doin a powerslide, we were doin quite a few of em that day. and yes i have always been cautious to the boat biting. ive had it do it to me several times but not while powersliding sideways.

but it couldnt of been any worse than what happened to me later that day when i went head over heels into the front of the boat!

Hey Hunter, go see Watson or get with Instigator911 (Jay) and get one of em to put you one in. I helped Mike with mine (I can't weld so I did all the cutting and fitting) and it was like $60 or so. Definately cheaper than a trip to the ER.

Why not take the bench out

ive thought about takin the bench out but idk how much support id lose on the boat since its only .80 guage aluminum (i think).

and Camo im pretty sure ima head that way to mr watson and get him to put me one in.

i'd really like to take that bench out, put in a stand up bar and put a floor in that boat and have a nice open layout. but dont wanna put plywood on the floor cause of the weight.

Do the bench like Blake's. Cut out the middle and then fill in the hole with the metal you removed. Or you could just take it out all together and get the floor put in, either way, if you take the bench out yourself, you're probly lookin somewhere in the $300-$400 range (just a guestimate).
