Instant reverse. That's the only reason. They can stop faster at each trap. As far as power GTR's have none. |

I had both and with the GTR my wife and I had to get out and push our boat when we still had 6 inched of water and a soft bottom. With my PD I dig my way out. I know not everyone will chose the right mud motor but for those who don't. You can stay on the deep water with the outboards. |
