Its too late over here for that, every tom dick and harry's got one now, hell outboards are a thing of the past. Nice video by the way. That trail is alot of fun to run, we ran it the other day when there was absolutly no water. On the other end down by the marsh unit i've been out there when you get just 10 yards past the boat ramp and its solid mud all the way to fence lake hell it was a 2 foot climb to get in the ditch going to dippin vats. and was also 25 degrees that morning also. |

Looked like 2" of water over mud to me. Atleast he can go backwards more than 6' in that before so much mud is pushed against the transom it stops him.

| Same ole song and dance! Ya'll need to call it like it is! If it was muddy water than the bow would be squatting and the stern would be lifting. Neither of those thing are happening in the vid! Mind you it is being driven by a big boned indiviual! I will admit its not pancake batter or potato salad which the GT and GD have the advantage in with their longer drive tubes , But on a hard bottom or thick veggies PD/FPR will walk the dog on both those motors. So where does that leave us? Get what best suites you and your needs. |
