Post First Video - Bowfishing in Fourchon
First video with GoPro Hero 3+ Silver. Limited footage, so I did the most I could with it. What could I do to make it better?

Did yall roll around on that bow and break it?

You can pick a better song next time, that songs means something other than "going fishing in the dark"... but who am I to judge...

lol 10/4. Kind of an inside joke on the song, and it so happened to be nighttime bowfishing.

On the bow, I wasn't shooting, I was driving, but all indications is that somehow the string derailed from the cam. Made a loud noise and just fell apart. No visible cracks or splinters, but I will bring it in to get checked out and put back together (hopefully).

Nice haul. It's not often that you shoot 40" reds. I bet you won't shoot a stingray again.

I was very un clear on my instructions to the people fishing with me. All I said was don't shoot a porpoise, don't shoot a nutria, and don't shoot at any redfish that looks even close to being small.

I never told them don't shoot stingrays until one of them did.

The guy who shot that red is getting it mounted. Unbelievably large redfish for such shallow water. The smallest red in that bunch was 20".

This past summer we shot a 40" in 2' of water. We have been bow fishing for 10+ years and that was a first. We never repeated on a 24" trout a few years back. That was a rare kill.

It was turned down 3 turns from full. The limbs say not to exceed 6 turns off of full. Anything stronger than that buries the arrow too deep in the marsh mud, so I don't think it was turned down too much. I will bring it in to the shop today and see what they say.

Was not damaged. I'm pretty sure the string kind of walked off the cam.
