Down here in a shipyard in Morgan City for a few months and would like to go out fishing with a guide does anyone know of a guide service around here that runs a mud motor?

No guide that I know of would drive a MM when on a charter.

You should be able to find one with a good flats boat if that's what your really after.

I can pretty much say I've never heard of a charter fishing with a mm around here.

I remember seeing one at last years sportsmans show. He has dual gtrs and gtr boat also. Might call kyle at gatortail and ask him. Not saying he is right in your area but somewhere in the vicinity. 337-229-4864 is their number up there.

Before the storms there was a guy down here that did fly fishing guides with mud motors and why not gets you where you need to go in this area. He only targeted reds in coastal areas and had a good business.

I'm not a guide but I've been fishing down the river bellow Morgan city for the past 15 years. I have a mud motor and am always looking for fishing buddies on Fridays. PM me if you're interested in making a trip. I'm building a new boat right now but I plan on mounting my motor this weekend. And with any luck I'll be ready to fish in a couple weeks.
