I'm building a hard sided blind but I don't have my GTR yet. Can somebody tell me how long the tiller handle is?

I don't know off hand. If i were you i'd wait till the motor was on the boat, so you know exactly where it will be. You also have to add the length between the transom and handle. This will also change depending on how the motor is turned.

The distance from the end of the transom to the end of the handle will vary with the trim location and how you have it turned.
The higher you trim up the farther in the boat the handle is.

Understood but I just need a general idea. I have a MB sitting on there now waiting for the rest of the payment to get it off. If I just know how long the handle is I can make measurements and adjustments from the MB on it now.

What kind of boat you have does it have a huntdeck!!

Somebody help a brother out! I know some of you guys walk right by your rig every day. Someone take 2 minutes and measure the dang thing please! I'd call GT but they never seem to answer the phone when I try and they don't answer emails.

just measure about 6 inched back from the MB handle and go with that. we all know the GTR has a shorter handle than a MB so you should be fine with just knocking off 6 inches from the MB and start your blind!

Dam bro I actually measured it 2 days ago but forgot to post!! Now I forgot the measurement !! I'll be going home in a Lil while I'll hook you up with measurements included with pictures
