 Homemade decoys
I have had some ideas for homemade decoys and the butt-up duck decoy with a bilge pump on the bottom seems like it will work good but i need some ideas on a switch to turn it on and off?

Waterproof plastic box from Walmart, heavy duty automotive flasher, cheap bilge pump, wire and twelve volt battery. Text me for pics of my set up 4149756580. Can't get pictures to load on here with my new phone or iPad.

 Re: Homemade decoys
Higdon makes one called the pulsator that is exactly what you are talking about. Check it out to maybe help you get some ideas.

 Re: Homemade decoys
I get the batteries for about 10 bucks(that's the most expensive part), the pumps I think I paid 25 bucks for 5 of them shipped on ebay, the duck butts were like $2 a piece (think academy has them in a package of 2 for like $7), the flashers I keep in stock at work so they are only like $1. Maybe not a full half dozen, but you can damn sure make more than one and they work better.

 Re: Homemade decoys
I haven't really used them that much honestly. Would have to say a couple of them will move more water than a jerk rig and id have to think they flare less than the mojos. I built these in the middle of last season and we fucked the trailer up thr first hunt after the split. I think I only hunted with them 2 or 3 times.
