 Rate your experience with MB Customer Service
With all the varying opinions of MB customer service here is an unscientific formula for sharing without comments or without the fear of being banned from TOS for voicing your opinion.
On a scale of 1-10, with 1 being the best and 10 being the worse, please rate your experience with MB customer service?
This DOES NOT include the customer service you have received from a MB authorized service center. (i.e. local dealer)

From what i hear a lot of guys are giving up on the Sport V DREAM an going with either the PD/GTR. Because you can actually get them in a reasonable amount of time after you put your down payment on them

Good and bad here. When going through BoatDr, I've had great experience. When calling MB directly......it's a joke.

Barnes I have a serious question, did you put a order in a sportv? Seems that's what happened and now you have your pants in wad making all these threads and polls putting mud buddy down when you owned one

#3 that's a honest answer.. Every time I called and had to get parts sent to me they were on it.. One time I did call and was told I was going to hear back from them quick and it was 2days later cause I called back.. But thats part of it I guess.

the one experience I've had with Mudbuddy was good. Called and ordered coils, had them 3 days later. I can't complain about the service I got from them.

Just had a small crack on my 32" out drive, called Micha no prob sent my local dealer a new one. Top notch right there maybe things are changing Barnes is all butt hurt because he is banned over there and I stole his avatar

I've only had to deal with MB when my roller rockers failed.
I put an e-mail into Micah and then called him right after. I left him a message and I called him again that morning and was able to get him on the phone. He said to send them in & they'd take care of them. Now mind you I reached out 3X....
30 minutes later Micah calls me back, he was returning my phone call from earlier that morning. We talked again and he wanted to make sure everything was correct and that I didn't have any other issues... An hour later I receive an e-mail response to my e-mail inquiry that morning. Also, another phone call making sure I had been taken care of. That's good service in my book.
Based on the information above I gave them a 1 out of 10.

My local dealer gave me a price that was cheaper than the website (he looked the web page up in front of me for the price, guess he wrote the price down for a 23 instead of a 27). Anyway I came back in a week later and he wouldn't honor his price I had in his writing and wouldn't hardly give me the time of day to discuss the motor. I called mb up they honored the cheaper price ate the shiping cost and shipped it to my shop 2 weeks later. I'll give them a 2 because it does take them a day to get back with me when I have questions sometimes. But it's been a good experience for me so far.

I wouldnt complain about 1or 2 day delays in callbacks. I help run a small business & customer service is our first priority but there are many cases when it will take 1 to 2 days for me to return call; especially when I am relying on a vendor to call me back first.

I wasn't complaining... Just explaining my experience. I like mb from my personal experiences, however I know of 2 occasions this season where my buddy's had problems with his gtr and had the main man on the phone before the the hunt was done... I gave mb a 2 because I don't think any company is perfect... A 2 isn't far off for my experiences tho.

10 in my book. Had 2011 35HD. Had 15 hours on it an the powder coat was peeling off of it in sheets. Put email in and the GF himself reply, look at my pictures said because I had run in salt water. He said he would take are of it. 2 months go by I have to call and email again for days with no reply. 4 days later get a email saying they are sending parts. 10 days later I get my parts........ 2 cans of spray paint . FUCK MB. Now own a GTR and don't hate myself. MB can eat a dick in opinion.

No complaints with my 2 experiences in the past. Spoke to someone first call and got what I wanted first time. Got a return call from Micah within 20 minutes the second time. Doesn't suck too bad in my book.
