With just me 33-34 depending on how much clutter is in it. With my usual hunt load of 3 guys, grass blind, deeks, gear, and what not Ill average 30.

Re: New boat what to do
Yeah, the boats always ran good from day one. The hull is actually pretty light, It's just an open floor plan with a rod box, drivers box, and front is all dry storage. Re: New boat what to do
I'm running a 19x48 that tapers to a 54" bottom. T6061 with 3/18 bottom. Heads, Carb, Cam, Muffler. Unloaded, once it hits 28.5 it starts to porpoise. I can add a 225 pound adult and 70 pound child and still hit 28.5.

Re: New boat what to do
It might me a 1MPH difference with a stock motor if it wasn't pinched, but I think the difference will be when you put a modded motor on it. The boat rides as if it want a little more power to really get it to run, its hard to explain. For instance when it was 2 of us in the boat with the same load, if he went to the back to much it would drop down to a steady 28 even, if he went to the front to much it do the same, but when he was balance out right it would hold 28.8. I emptied about 8 gallons of gas out of it sunday morning and took the yeti out of it and the boat really started running great for a stock motor.
