 36 hp Prodrive Just bought 18 ft Prodrive boat with 36 hp with new foot and 3 blade prop.
Motor turns up 4200 rpm but top end speed only 23 mph with only 2 people on board.
Not loaded heavy, only 2 batteries and 2 gas tanks (6 gal).
Any suggestions why top end is so slow ?
