Just thought i would give a topic that would help out the community. so feel free to drop off your burdens and/or schedule a good ole fashion acewhoopin. I'll start with how many times have we over the years been asked (what kinda speed do you get with that rig?) like its a big phuckin mystery, one 35hp goes 26 mph one 45hp goes 28mph. these same guys will buy a $12,000 motor turning borderline blowing the hell up just for 3 mph (over 30), which disappoints him because he expected a lot more but didn't take in account that its got the same 12 pitch prop (half of it sticks out of the water) which aint never gonna be fast even if your drive your boat with magic gas pissed out by a unicorn . So with his learning curve now taking affect he amps himself back up feeding from his amazed non-rig owning friends and young teenage spectators, soon selling his rig to one of us torque obsessed mud maulers(discount ) and moving on with his life with his wake of irritation he has left us with all that question crap before he finally made his first purchase.
That was only one complaint i think many could relate with, not including those retards who think that mudbuddy and GTR and godevil have different engines, and ask those phucking questions like Would that exhaust from your 35 MB fit on my 35 go-devil? (perfect example) hope this helps kicking this thread off or maybe trigger some anger to respond back with some miniscule detail like one motor is CDI or its head gaskets being a different brand either way is appreciated. Well ur right about one thing. Nothing better to do at 5 in the morning.

As for the rest, I'm compltely happy with my stock 27. I don't see the point in dropping all that money into a motor for a couple more mph. Still going to get to the blind before daylight. And I will probably upgrade in a couple years. But it will be to a stck 35.
