Trim went out this weekend, pulled it apart and the magnet sleeve was full of hydraulic fluid, couldnt find any o-rings that would fit the stem / shaft so used the old ones. Trims works fine now.

Anyone know what size I need to replace with??

I know they are tiny, like 4mm or smaller.
