My wife was raised in the Bell city area. Big shock to the bell city community. Sad Trooper Vincent has a 9 year old son.

Definitely a sad situation all the way around. Prayers going out to all the state troopers and especially his family and friends. It really kind of makes you lose faith in humanity that people do this, but at the same time I still hold on to the hope that there is some good left in most people after reading about the people that stopped the man. He had a sawed off shotgun and they still managed to restrain him with the officers handcuffs. Very brave people indeed.
