Just wondering what diameter the drive and driven pulleys are on the most popular surface drive setups?

To add to what I sent you by PM
From memory they all have an rpm reduction from motor to prop... "gearing" is a combination of reduction and prop pitch....
PD used to be 1.5 to 1 when they ran a 12 inch 12 pitch on 36hp GT used to be 1.2 to 1 when they ran a 10 inch 10 pitch prop on 35hp GD is still 1.4 to one when running a 12 inch 12 (maybe 11 1/2) 3 blade on 35 and 37EFI engines
Final gearing with these props is virtually identical !
The exception is MB who offers a host of modified engines and a variety of ratios
