There's as much meat on a coot's legs as there is on the breast. Most other ducks have a decent amount of leg meat too, I encourage ya'll to think about that next time you lop out the breasts only.

Thats alot of money for something I can do just as quick with my hands. My "mentor" taught me to pluck a small spot and then we essentially skin them....I would rather put that money towards a new motor.....
