I have to agree with DDM when the first pics came out I thought it looked exactly like a PD but after seeing some better pics it is alot different. I think it might perform ok in our area (SETX) but I still dont think it will do as well as the GTR, I may be wrong about that and I am looking forward to seeing one run the marsh around here.

I like the fact that they look like they fixed the skeg angle and lengthened the shaft.......which is the biggest problem with the pd. Too bad pd isnt fixxing it.

Here is my MB with a 27" Shaft. I guess it does dig deeper than I thought. It measured about 17 inches to the bottom of the prop. I also have the thompson trim unit.

That looks about the same as the CAD drawing of the Sport V
