Just put the boat in on DIP (Dauphin Island Parkway, where DIPstalker gets her name). I mean literally ON DIP! The cops told me I couldn't get thru because there's water over the road. I told them I was prepared for that...

Got two sides of fence down water halfway up in front yard and some debris from somebody's house.

Day 2 of no power. This sucks ass!!! Damn sailboat took a line down over the bay. Won't be fixed until Thursday, possibly Friday.

Checking in from plaquemines parish. I'm on the north end of the parish on the westbank. There are reports of 7-10 feet of water on the eastbank of the parish. My area is doing ok so far. Stay safe and if anyone is in the Belle Chasse area and needs help let me know.

New reports of 10-12 feet in Braithwaite. Really bad on the east bank.

J, I'll ask about your rebuild plan when I get mine! Fence is down, neighbors shed roof is in my yard, and lots of my shingles in the yard.
