I just bought a brand new GTR 35 no complaints once so ever but i had problems with the trim relay bracket cracking off the back of the starter. Its been fixed two times so far and broke again today. I only have 14 hrs on the motor. Is it just me or does anybody else has this problem?

I have not heard of anyone having this problem. I have the new control box and it has about 15 hrs on it so far with no problems. Are you hitting trees or limbs with it?

i also have one of the new motors with 42 hrs and not a problem with dat.....you are either hitting something as huntingRDR stated or the part you get everytime is defective by a weird coincidence????

Well i brought it back to the dealer in houma today and he said the prop was kinda loose so the extra vibration may have caused it to crack. Im supposed to get it back tommorrow so i hope this time it holds up.

checking your prop should be done before every trip... I carry a crescent wrench to tighten up the nut if I need to.
