what does this mean ordering carbs need to know have hd 35

cdi is a marine engine with built in rev limiter.

no.. the new motors are cdi and say marine on them..
what year is your motor?

The cdi's have a larger charging system too.
You are limited on cdi mods because of the 4300 rev-limiter though.
