| Post subject: | Longtail transom mount question |
hey guys just picked up a used '99 16hp GDLT and im looking at the transom mount and where it slides over the transom it is like little under 3 inches thick. and my transom is only a little over a inch thick. im thinking i need to sandwich like some plywood between the mount and the transom so there is not a huge gap. does this sound right to yall? |
