 Throttle Conversion
Has anyone converted the standard throttle on a long tail to a squeeze type typically found on surface drives? I'm thinking that this would make it easier when navigating through tight turns as well as safer in the case of losing your balance. Where can I find a squeeze type that I could install? If there are any reasons I should not please let me know.

 Re: Throttle Conversion
Nope, it's impossible. Can't be done. Don't even try it.

 Re: Throttle Conversion
If it's an MB, it'll probably void the warranty.

 Re: Throttle Conversion
Not sure if it is the same type you're looking for. I went around to Motor Cycle shops and the guy sent me to see his brother that owned a lawnmower shop. Anway I got a brake or clutch lever and cable from him for free. No idea what it was off of some tillers have squeze type levers on them. Hit the lawnmower and cycle shops the minibike is the size you need. I also added a return spring so it would go back to idle and not stay at half throttle. SS
